"Excellent location","Convenient transport options","Good atmosphere" shopping mall just next door, plus the "west lake" just few steps from the hotel. great location. Hotel reception is ok as they cant speak english that much but helpful. room interior is excellent for what i paid for, room size is Ok. not that small and not that spacey. you dont need brekky here as theres plenty variety of cheap restaurant nearby![2019-07-10 01:49]

除了酒店位置处于商业比较繁华的地段，离西湖非常近，其他的硬件设施服务都比较逊色。4月29日之前是518元一天的豪华标间，29日就涨到了798元。杭州毕竟是旅游城市吧，小长假水涨船高倒也不奇怪。房间实在太狭小。我们带了两个行李箱，如何安置摆放都要动脑筋。夸张的是宾馆竟然不提供赠送瓶装水，只给了一玻璃瓶子散装水，瓶子上面贴着“直饮水”几个字…说实话真不敢喝！我们去楼下采芝斋买了好多瓶农夫山泉饮用。马桶两侧空间十分狭窄，很局促。楼下对面是采芝斋和知味观，吃东西很方便。早餐真的不太好吃，其实建议大家订不带早餐的房间，早餐可以在楼下知味观吃小吃，丰富而且物美价廉！

很烂的宾馆！！！第一房间很小很喽，第二退房晚了15分钟收100太坑了建议不要来这家酒店反正本人是不会再来的
